Collective Stupidity [txt] I'm not near as dumb individually as I am with a group of people--especially Kim and Nathan. When Kim, Nathan, and I are together, we tend to be, well, stupid. We heard the fireworks start while we were watching a cool silent film on TCM, so we ran outside to watch. Since we didn't have the best view from right outside our apartment, we decided to run closer to the fireworks. After enjoying the fireworks and thinking "Wow, fireworks," we linked arms over each other's shoulders and walked as one entity back to our apartment. This is the point where collective stupidity set in. We all three walked into a huge mud puddle. The gross water was several inches deep. To make matters worse, Kim and I were wearing pants that got all wet. Nathan was lucky because he had shorts on. We probably never would have stepped into the puddle if we were walking individually. Actually, it was Kim's fault. Since she was the only girl, Nathan and I decided it was her fault, and we are sticking to it. Right now Kim is wearing a pair of my shorts (Kim, I'd better get those back) since the bottom of her pants got muddy. My dad is spending the night sleeping in my bed, and Nathan's brother is spending the night sleeping on our coach, so I am going to sleep with Daniel in his bed tonight.
